  1. I had a problem with a scene I wanted to make and you covered it perfectly in this video. Thank you so much for making these! Not only helped me overcome my issue but I learned a lot of other things as well. Very recommended.

  2. Good tutorial…a lot of vertices made my Blender crash a couple of times, I guess I made a bit lager the plane than advised and did a lot of duplicated crystals….even with 8GB of RAM and 2GB of swap on my rig I had a memory overflow…..
    Great tuto!!!

  3. hi, i just followed your tutorial. it was amazing, and thanks a lot. but i can't find how to use these effects in actual renders, and i don't find any informations in that on the internet, can you help me with that? in advance, thanks

  4. I have tried everything I can think of but to no avail. How do you get your manipulator at the bottom of geometry? I see it at about 3:13 when your rotating the perimeter minerals. So it's like your rotating them from their bases. I know how to change it a little bit with Shift Ctrl Alt C, but that is not doing it.

  5. I had a problem when I got to the compositor. Using the newest blender version 2.71, the render layers box doesn't seem to have a Normal output node. I got stuck there. I did get a pretty cool image though, and enjoyed the tut! Although I would like to finish it if you could help me figure out how to get a normal to connect the blur box to. Thanks!!
