how to do this with cycles render?
You can rotate object by clicking particles – under the velocity, you can find emitter object, and then change z axis value.

thanks for this tutuorial. I'm using cycles engine, but texture image part is not working as explained in your tutorial, like I cant see "tube" option, are there differences in cycles or am i just doing something wrong?
I love the "moisture" (shown at 16:00) and the water droplets. I can't really figure out the moisture in cycles though. I want to use it with the "How to make a beer in Blender" tutorial, to make the glass look cold and moist. How can I do this in cycles?
