In this Quick Tip video we look at adding Alpha Transparency to our Videos.
Normally I would render out a PNG image sequence but what If we wanted to have transparency in a video file?..
Simply by changing a few settings we can render out videos with Alpha Transparency.

In Blender 2.78: under camera settings > Shading, Alpha: = Transparent
Brilliant tutorial for something that should be so obviously easy ..of course so many people would want to put their Blend into a video backdrop….and yet so little info exists out there …just use png says seemingly everyone over and over again …!
Where the heck do I get H.264?? I only have FFmpeg video and AVI
