This is a short tutorial to show you how I pretty up my images after editing them (namely, spooging bokkehs everywhere like they’re going out of fashion and arsing around with the colour balance options).
I use Photoshop CS4, and all brushes are from Deviant Art.
If this is rubbish and teaches you nothing, I’m sure we can both agree that it is somehow Suti’s fault.

I don't understand what you did at the end or why you did it. You used a big brush with the layer on overlay. What color were you painting on her and what did it do for it?

@kateycoppola I know why everyone can't find it >w< it's called Bokeh, with only one k. Lol deviantart hates us and if anything is spelled wrong it won't show anything even similar.

I MUST own photo shop! I'm working on corel and it does okay for what I need, but you can just see how my pics don't hold up to photo shop 🙁
