The video is so small, don't really know what you are clicking when you say, "Click this button here".

Hi! Thanks for the tutorial. I'm having an issue. Maya's not giving me the option to render multiframes. name (Multi Frame) and name.ext (Multi Frame) are greyed out. What do I do to activate these options? I've tried with both mental ray and Maya Software. Thanks

Most people render out to a editing program.. you need it as a png sequence if you want to preserve transparency.

although i dont get why you rendered it as images instead of avi (which i think most people are searching for). but changing that is just a few clicks everyone can figure out

@costadevelopers If you have modeled it in 3D then you will want to animate it and make it dance in Maya.

Hey! I have a turtle made with many polygons in Maya and I need to make it dance in After Effects. I just followed all your tutorial but the turtle is not smooth as I see it in Maya and has no layers.
Is there a way to export my turtle in layers and smooth?
