I admire watching your videos. I am learning as I continue to watch because I am an upcoming photographer and I'm doing research when I can. As you can see I'm watching your videos at 3am in the morning so that can tell you how dedicate I am to be the best nd have to best work.
I am so thankful to have ran across your video because you have been so HONEST with how you started and the research you've done to begin. Thank youuuu!!!!!! You're helping me out a lot! #stressed
Congratulations for picking up a new skill/hobby and becoming good at it. Well done. Great video and thank you for sharing.
No matter how good you are, there's always something new to learn. The worst mistake we can do is thing that we know everything
Law of Photography lol – Yep, Yep!
Great advice. Although, people have different learning styles, I.E. some learn through looking and watching, some learn better through listening and others are more hands on, some from a mixture of all three. I teach guitar and have done for years, I've also been an instructor in other fields including security. So for some, watching with the sound off will work, for others, it will be the worst way to learn. Just a point I wanted to make, no criticism intended. Your video is great and it's awesome you took the time to this for people, so many thanks ?
I'm just going to put it out there that not everyone is a visual learner. Some people do need to hear the steps and can figure it out without seeing what they need to do…
Great video and you have such a fun personality!ย Thanks so much for sharing.ย I hope I can do a helpful video like this someday when I have grown as much as you.ย I'm just getting started, but having fun and learning so much.ย Thanks!
There are many types of learning. Presuming everyone learns as you do isn't very reasonable.
You're so down to earth and a great photographer. You inspire me a lot. I love photography but I've always been taking photos on my iphone and I'm about to buy my first dslr! I'm gonna have to learn about ISO, aperture and all that soon though lol. Exciting ๐
Your channel is so helpful. I really appreciate you taking the time to explain everything and really being open with your process! Thank you
4:00 lmao thats literally what im doing! screen capturing settings and lenses amazing photographers are using!
When both beautiful and intelligent lady explains how to get better at photography, which is what I am trying to do, there is really nothing you can do but like the video and subscribe. Thank you from amateur photographer from Almaty, Kazakhstan.
do you have any videos on compact cameras? I have a Fujifilm FinePick XP50 and I'm trying to get better.
do you have any tips for animal/nature photography? ik its not your area of specialty but just thought I'd ask
Hahaha you're funny. ๐ I'll be honest. Some of your photography I love and some of it I hate but that's art. It's your style and I love that most about you.

I have recently been really interested in photography and I am going to be honest, I really don't know much about photography but I have been watching your videos and it is really an inspiration to see how you are so good at this, I don't know how you do it. I love, love, love taking pictures and your videos have taught me tons of things. I also had a question on what camera and lenses you recommend for beginners? It would be amazing to know your opinion. Thank you!

Omg, your rambles are too cute and funny. Great advice too. ๐
That is exactly how I do my research. I am total stalker. I write everything down.
Hello! would you be able to do a video going through your camera settings and how to set it up ect. im using the canon 5D mark II that was passed to mee through family and i would love to know some different settings ect.
salt and vinegar chips are my favorite!!
how much do you get paid a year
Thank you for this. I recently showed my work to someone who just didn't "get" what I was trying to do and recommended I go check out his friend's work who is a videographer … umm yeah. It stuck with me and made me start really questioning my own work. I'm still learning and don't think I'm the best or even professional, for that matter. But words and opinions can definitely affect you if you let it.
Now I know how you got butter!

Jessica, I am so thankful to have come across your channel. You have been SUCH an inspiration! Your story sounds just like mine, I bought the Cannon Rebel T61 and I'm still figuring out how to use it.
i honestly learned really well by using a film camera
helps how to use light and explains the exposure triangle such as
shutter speed
aperture
and ISO
i had no idea about these before but now i do
so i have control of my photos now
ps i used a Canon A1
Thank you! Your hair looks great, thanks once again.
