Blender 2.79 : Denoising Feature

So Blender 2.79 was released a few days ago and it brought us some new features, addons and improvements. One of which was the new Denoising Feature. I just wanted to make a quick video showing how cool this new feature is.

    When I get denoise option on and render …render starts but after few seconds my window is getting close. Please help me. I m using blender 2.79

    when i turned on cycles it completely got rid of my texture?

    currently i am looking forward to see blender 2.80 – which will have Eevee realtime render engine which will be great

    thanx – i am using this version and my renders became much better and free without noise,before i was having square sample at 27,now i am rendering at 5 and render time is decreased and looks a lot better.

    about the cpu and gpu thing, when i did so the gpu actually processed about the same speed. Its probably coz the gpu i have is integrated and its trash.

    My blender 2.79 doesnt have a denoise option

    you lose some detail if you put your sample too low when using denoising option, it's get blurred

    Speaking of denoising, if you record your audio separately you can remove most of the noise with Audacity’s “Noise Reduction…” Effect. It works really well and you won’t have to keep muting your voice track when you’re not speaking.

    Well, unfortunately, Blender 2.79 is NO LONGER COMPATIBLE WITH YOR PREVIOUS RIGS!!!!!!!!!!!! This calls for NEVER INSTALL VERSION 2.79.
