My donut glaze does not seem to render. It appears on render view (shift+Z) but once rendered I only have the base of the donut, what could be going wrong?

edit Solved, appears that my topping "torus" was restricted from rendering at the scene settings. Clicked on it to let it render and now it works fine.

    Could someone please help me.
I have drag and dropped images onto objects to create my desired colour/background/effect but when I go to save/render the animation it does not show the images I have drag and dropped onto the objects. All I get is a really ugly black and grey animation, even the text I inserted is black and wrong when it should be grey. Thanks

Thank you Andrew for a great series! I like your instructional style. My render is linked below; The only thing that didn't work out right were the sprinkles but I made it work. I found the lighting and DoF portion interesting so I worked on those and a table material to get a 'photo-real' look to the breakfast table. Turned out ok. https://photos.app.goo.gl/2iD4d0DtsrvMbUyR2

You would not believe your eyes,
    If 10 million fireflies,
Turned your render to a piece of shit.

BTW The new Star wars movies showed me how awful could the field of view look like, when you can only see one thing and nothing else, no matter how much you just want to see what that random guy is doing, but NO, you have to look in the face of the main character and nothing else, everything else is just a background and is not important at all, so you shouldn't look at it at all!
