Unexplained steps.. bad.. sry 🙂
Is there a way to convert the .svg object into faces, so that it is no longer a path with handlebars?
Short and awesome! Thank you 😀
You just SAVED my day!
Pretty
Please add text instructions for sequence. Like:
(1) draw your SVG,
(1.1) merge it into a single path (if that is what you did 🙂
(2) save it to a file,
(3) Start a new Blender session,
(3.1) adjust your view this way ….
(4) import the SVG this way:
(4.1) File / Import / ….
…
As a text description of instructions to refer to this would be very helpful in trying to reproduce what you have done with our own SVG images.
So…I'm a n00b and this is like my second time using blender and for some reason my logo doesn't show up AT ALL after I push import svg. Your vector just SHOWS UP and…mine does not. Any ideas on how I can get it to show up? I'm sure it's just a matter of turning on the right view of something (Like in photoshop), but since I'm still so new at this idk what to turn on… THANK YOU in advance if you can help me out. 3D logo's (other than the ones I can make in PS) is something I'm SUPER wanting to get into… Britt
Thanks for sharing.
Just awesome.
Awesome!
nice! after you create a 3D model, what kind of file can you save it as? I'm wondering if I can create a model in blender and then bring that model into wax 2.0 and superimpose it over a pre-existing video.
