Is there any way to do the whole less portion of this in sublime text 3? I'm super new to this.

Great tutorial by the way. And I've explored many bootstrap tutorials, so that's saying something.

This is an great introduction to bootstrap. Just like Jason said, bootstrap is a great framework for web developers who are not very good at developing nice-looking pages, it helps you to boot up your web application quickly.
