this is one of the jazziest songs in Cuphead, and that’s the point of the entire soundtrack.

This is only the boss where the announcer is different from the normal one, and the only boss to fake out their defeat.
Considering that the actual announcer clears his throat, it can be assumed that he was not amused when he was temporarily replaced.
