  1. If I want to link a seperate style sheet where do I  put it on the index.html doc in relation to the getting started cdn code from the bootsrap website?

  2. I'm all for using frameworks to ease the job, but damn, bootstrap is 200KB minified. On top of that you have jQuery and Tether. I don't even want to think of how big the page load is.
