hi, I don't have the shader option in my blender 2.79b ..plz help me what is the problem ?
how do you set your things like that?
how do you set up your lay out like that
Why not import an Illustrator file or vector then extrude it? Cinema4d seems easier for things like this.
Worst tutorial i have ever seen. Maybe u should talk more about details for your beginners and not over yourself. Your voice is often to quiet.
Oh, good! Another tutorial author who thinks "Verticee" is a word. ๐

yo dude you are really good at motion graphics etc, do you have discord by any chance?
Great video! I'm just starting out with Blender and it can be daunting to say the least. I found this really well explained and clear. Thanks.
Oh and #UnintentionalASMR
Needed to know how to add an image, which was missed, so have now taken off to another youtubers video.
your tutorials are amazing sir, I have seen many tutorials since 2013 but each of them were too detailed and very hard to suck in all the informations , 2018 came to me as a gift. I observed other software's tutorials and found that in c4d, they use sphere to just show the basics of various deformations like physics , rigid body , soft body , and much more. I am learning c4d but my love for blender is more and I know there are many more students and interested people like me want to learn blender . If you can make similar blender tutorials with sphere , it would be very helpful. Thank you for your awesome videos and tutorials , and you have great voice
Great content, clear, concise and well thought out. Looking forward to more videos! Subbed.
You got me really interested into animating simple stuff like logos.
WTF dat voice…like Nick Nocturne ๐ Subbed
Sweet beginner tutorial with little efforts and a nice result. Thank you.
However your animation appeared a little too dark to me, so I added some emission planes (low strength) with blue light which give a nice tint to the surface of the object.
Furtherly I used the material indices of the solidify modifier to create the red emission on the ground instead of duplicating the object. This method avoided the weird reflections / bounces of the light which you have in the inner corners on the bottom left and the top right.
Maybe you deliberately wanted this effect. But I didn't like it.
Here's an image of my result https://imgur.com/a/i8EhOUl
Nice video, keep it up. I'd like to see some more and maybe a little advanced intro animations.
Regards
Keep up the great work! I have been watching a lot of blender tutorials and lessons on youtube over the past few weeks. Your videos are some of the best tutorials i have seen. I love them and look forward to your future work. Very informative and light hearted.
okay i dont have the two windows on the right that you do showing the camera view and the reference image. and i dont know how to make the image actually show up on my screen, i add the image and hit the checkmark and all. im brand new to blender and im trying to make my own logo (obviously)
Your way of expression deserves a subscribe from me. ๐
