Blender is the shittest thing ever, impossible to control. FUCK FUCK FUCK
OMG its impossible to use Blender
Hey quill, can you please make a tutorial on Genetic Algorithms C# in Unity.
This video genuinely pissed me off.
You don't explain where to save it to clearly. I cant understand what you were saying about the folder you stored object in. should have shown making of the folder and how it relates to unity. this video was useless, unless you'd like a way too fast explanation of hot-keys.
blurry, not well explained. Do better tutorials.
why does my unity cant read .blend files?
dude.. i thought this was part of how to make destructible objects.. not 3 and a half minutes of teaching us how to use blender for the first time. I like your tutorials, it's just that you can't be so sympathetic toward people who haven't used blender in these types of videos. Make one video 8minutes long and just go through the steps assuming we know how to use the programs. If anyone doesn't know how to use blender or unity, they can find a blender or unity basics tutorial… please man. keep up the good work though, thank you.
Hi, just remember as of Blender 2.69 Save your .blend when in Object mode, else Unity will not be able to read it.
Wow you can import Blender project files into unity itself? What just happened? Did you just do that or am I going crazy?? That's so cool
0:20 best 3d editor software statement EVER
Where did you get the mouse ICON for your tutorial. I make tutorials for underwater Photographers and that feature would be very helpful.
Well, the problem is, he is using blender which is nicely integrated with Unity and there's no need to export to FBX. If you use an entirely different program than the one that is used on the tutorial then you're the one at fault here, so to speak.
thx man i was wondering if i can past my blender files into unity thx ,i thought i need maya and i dont know if free trial helps me
is it possible to use a asset from unity and then import it into Blender and then break it apart from there?

You need to put your files in YOUR project folder, whereever you decided to place it when you started this Unity project.

how do I know where to save my blender's mesh so I'll have it in unity that fast you have in
C:SitesDestructible GeometryAssetsStandard Assets
now in my case I can't even find folder Sites

0.13 I´m sorry but I just have to say that Blender is also a Game Engine and not only a modeling software Btw Great Tutorial 🙂
I can't do anything about that (that's YouTube weirdness). However, the playlist is in order — you can access it from the channel page.
The upload list is out of order, so episode 8 comes after episode 1, its slightly confusing. Just letting you know.
