Really enjoyed your video. Thank you so much. In future videos I think it would be super helpful if you could explain just WHY you are doing what you are doing. It would make your tutorials so much more effective. For example, why are you combining the Blend-If functions with the blending modes? Why are you creating so many smart objects? And how does the displacement map actually work. What does the Horizontal mean and why should we use it, and more important, what do the other dialog options do. Don't mean to be critical, but I think we probably all have these questions. Thanks again though … I do feel as if I am inspired to dig deeper into Displacement Maps.
