Can we do this with a ocean modefier
thanks
Awesome! Can be a bit tweaky on say multiple lakes, but way more enabling than other approaches found so far. Thank you for uploading this tutorial!
Can you float something on it
Is there a way to use this to float something on it. I want to make a simulation with a boat
How do I cache the wave simulation to file? I'm working with a lot of subdivisions and I want to be able to preview in real time.
cool
Supporting your job
Extremely great video
God
There was a tutorial for a way to do this with an ocean years ago, but it was hard to do, and a lot of people, their comp would crash if they tried to have foam on it. While I will have to wait to see if it still crashes on an ocean, it's nice to see Blender made it easy to do if you wanna make just a normal plane a lake, river, or puddle.
Cool video. I like that it was simple and short. thanks
Great tut ty, will this work with a ocean modifier?
it worked thanks one more subbed
i came here to see if that works with ocean modifier lets check out
Very cool mate! I was wondering if there is a possibility in Blender to animate an actual wave, powered by an object under water and the waves would react on the reef bellow the surface(like the bottom of a fictional lake or something)?
This is SO FUN!!! THANK YOU THAN YOU THANK YOUUUUU!
