  1. Hey Benny, Helpful tip here: Instead of using a hard brush and later later erasing in order not to spill over into the shadows, have you ever tried selected out the area you'd like to paint with the lasso or marquee tool and re-selecting the brush and starting to paint? It makes it so much easier and you don't have to go back in and erase the areas that you didn't mean to paint into!

  2. You must to do a course of photoshop teaching all you know about this, all you learn and all this tricks like this of exposure and lighten interact in diferents ways in photoshop, we will be very happy to be learning from you how make crazy images like you

  3. Great video! I do have a question though.

You started off with a pretty dark model. If you were using a brighter model, would you apply an exposure layer, make the character darker, remove the highlighted areas from that exposure layer, and then apply a new (Brighter) exposure layer and just copy and invert the previous mask?

  4. When I try to drag the Hue/Saturation layer to the Exposure layer, it keeps asking if I want to replace the layer mask. Does anyone know how to fix this? I don't want to replace it, I just want to put it in there the way Benny did at 5:35
