Uv unwrapping didnt work. did you forget to explain something? Do we have to give the casing of the bullet some thickness, since its only a cylinder with no thickness? everytime i make a seam and hit unwrap, nothing shows in the UV editor window
damn this is an old tutorial
thank you bro
Nice job keep it up!
why are u makeing everything that fast ?
After you're done using composite enough to render how do you save it to your images like that
I can"t see my texture when i'm in solid view can anyone help me?
Please do a tutorial on modelling guns!
Im doing a vr game and I need to know how to make one 😀
i liked that story
fellow australian
5:14 how do you do that? This video is so hard to follow, he explains half ass nothing. His story wasmore detailed than the creating process.
Messing with texture's and material's settings, I found out my pc needs an urgent hardware update. Thanks for this lesson, very nice. 😀
Well, that was absolutely awesome. Easy to follow and I learned a few things, excellent work.
Just a little tip though, you might want to change the title a little so it includes the words semi-advanced users or something like that.
I only say that because of some of the pissing and moaning going on in the comments below.
Please, upgrade this tutorial to Cycles, since no one's using Blender Render anymore…
sorry about the hate, that was me
Cylinder Projection does not work
This could have bee a good tutorial but you zip around so fast and do things without showing how you're doing it, I just can't follow this at all…
How can I see my uv texture on final render?
Also would it be possible to create just one bullet with engraving on it? Maybe a tutorial would be great 😀
Would it be possible to imprint something in the writing like a name for example?
You need to slow down a little, you are going a bit too fast, it is hard to understand anything you are doing.
are those bullets made of wood? or rubber, rock?
: )
Good Job just a bit hard to follow when your moving so fast for a NOOB like myself. Thanks
The only tutorial from you that i understood ;D im german and new in blender 😀
to fast to learn you need to slow down and explain.
could you please tell me how i can make it brighter? 🙂
kinda looks like you had all those bullets dropped in some powder.
It's not a proper "howo to" if you're not gonna explain what half of the things you do really are.
tnx so much!
Could you stop using CG Textures 🙁 They don't permit anyone to use their textures, except for personal use. T_T
Australia has an army?
Nice viniet and lense distortion, it gives it a kind of fish eye look
Them are 30.06 cal bullets
Nice story mate! 😀
Im using version 2.68a and when i create the bullet with the extrude scale and move tools i
end up with an oval shaped bullet (from top and bottom view)
is there a way i can fix this?
Very perceptive!
Could you go into detail on the modeling of the bullet? like how to even do some of the grabbing and scaling and such cause im new to blender and i tried following this but i couldn't figure out how to do the stuff you were doing. its really hard to follow 🙁 could you please give some more insight? or atleast give me some advice?
Holy Crap you go fast!!! haha but i liked this very much 🙂
man you r so fast it's like watching time elapse… 😀 any way awesome … sorry about grammer i m suck at that…
hehe damn it Price! Hilarious!
your story made me laugh so hard 😀 actually the best part of my day ^^
how did you move closer to the bottom of the bullet
I really like a method of your teaching in all your videos,it is fun and useful and there is a lot fun story ) very exciting
I really want to make the F90, I've the cartridge at least… lol
Can I use those textures for commercial use?
Fun story, a member of staff at my school brought a load of spent cases and his kit into the house, then in the evening taught us how to make rounds (ballistic tips). I will add that we already all members of the CCF and he is a trained professional
For this problem, you start with beginner-tutorials. a nice webside is also cgcookie(.)com /blender/ which contains very much awesome beginner tutorials! 🙂
I would suggest re-labeling this one Intermediate. It just moves too fast for beginners to keep up and that causes it to take much much longer to follow it cause you have keep pausing and rewinding. I got a little left behind a number of times and it gets very frustrating.
i have it do without a Backgroundimage
😛
