I am making a playlist on making a game. This game is SUPER big on physics, I estimate this game will be written in javascript. I will no use HTML5 either, because thats whats challenging about it. But please help me with physics, controls, and everything. I'm not beginner, nor advanced. Please help

You can make a windows app that interprets HTML5 like so: (see link in description) or you can make a windows 8 application.
Can you make a windows app with HTML5 or its only browser oriented ?
