Hi I just order a Yongnuo YN565EX speed lite for my Nikon D500. If I were to attempt to take a shoot like that would I need a trigger or something. I don't have anymore speedlites
Can I do this with an on camera flash?
At 1/350 shutter speed, wouldn't you need high speed sync?
Awesome!
+dombowerphoto can we just use the camera flash with ur recommended settings?
hello, i really enjoyed this video, although i can't afford expensive accessories that are in your description, which cheap ones would you recommend me and that would provide good photo quality?
I am taking pictures of a horse and don't have all the flashes and stuff. Do I still do the same thing?..
Old post but great tutorial. Does anyone know if using a nikon's flash in cmd mode and an sb600 would work?
Would this technique work if you were shooting s group of 4 people?
How do I know the "sync" speed , pls help
I'm very confused between exposure compensation and iso……whats the difference? help pls
Where did you get that very small beauty dish?
Hello i have tried this but the background is still showing and not black, I have a d5500 settings were 1/200 – 1/250 f29 iso 100 any help please.
Thanks
Dude! Your studio looks kinda ghetto.
I keep getting the bottom of my photos black when I push the shutter speed faster to 350th. I have it set on the flash to do high speed but it won't matter…any idea how to fix this?
Dom could you recommend a set of lights not too pricey but decent enough to do low key body shapes. Currently use a flash but wanna get a better quality finish
helpful -thanks
great tips
flash is an unexplored land for me. Thanks for the tip. Any others? 😉
