Using my Nikon D850 I venture into what I would have to describe as the BEST bird photography location I’ve ever been to. And the crazy thing is I just scratched the surface in terms of the species that were on offer to photograph. For about the third time in just over two years I filled both my SD and XQD memory cards on the D850. The Nikon D850 performed really well as usual. Always impressed by the image quality and dynamic range of this camera. Enjoy.

Fun Fact: There are 245 species of birds in Lamington National Park. 245!😯 I never knew this until I googled it. Home to Australia’s largest number of sub-tropical birds apparently 🐦📸
I love your videos an photos, thanks for sharing them. I also have a couple questions about photography, I know you’re a photographer and know these things but I want you to tell me how do you do to change so fast the parameters on the camera and how do you know which’s ones are the ones you need for that particular photo? Love the whip bird! Their sound is so distinctive. And those bower birds! Both of the varieties are amazing. Gosh I love the colour and beauty of our birds. I do like your humour too. . . . keep that going hey!

Absolutely loved this my friend just wow. Funny I push my d500 up to 3200 on a regular basis and it handles it just fine but then at 20MP it's easy to hide mistakes 😛 have a fantastic weekend
Hello my friend great Blog loved that opening scene “beep beep” 🤣 also the colors displayed by the birds you captured are stunning. It just happened that this afternoon I was able to capture an Oriole which has those distinct yellow and black colors here in south Fl we only get to see them when they head south for the winter.
