The Practical Photography team prove that the best camera is the one you have with you by ditching their DSLRs for a day and instead using only smartphones. The challenge? To shoot and process two very different, but equally amazing images, and put them to a public vote.

I would be more inclined to advocate using a manual film camera, over a smartphone, to improve in photography..
Learn photography properly, don't take the easy route.
Very interesting until the end when I would have liked to have seen all six images.
A great video guys and some cracking shots with your phones, love it
really good video. you should push the Top Gear presenting model more. might take off big time
Great video and well done all some nice images with min equipment..
That "push push push" "ninja style" street photography is just a cop out, why hide what you are doing? Sorry but this really makes my blood boil, take photos with pride, not on the sly!
As for smartphone photography, i am a massive fan; taking the camera on dog walks is a pain in the arse, where as the smartphone can slip into your handbag nicely, and it is ready to go within seconds. I did away with my iphone and got myself the Huawei Y6II a few weeks ago and i am massively impressed with the camera, its HDR rendering is some of the best i have seen from a smartphone and it negates the need for a ND grad filter, skies are perfectly exposed every time!
Great video =)
Great job. Do more challenges and more phone photography .
I like the challenges on your channel!
my smartphone only does JPEG 🙁
awesome job
