    As always another useful and well explained tip! Now I didn't actually enjoy the outcome in this tip(I think it still looked a little too fake, I think the plastic was a bit much honestly), but the rain drops themselves turned out great, and maybe with some more/other fine tuning/color changes or depth work, they would look even better/more realistic!
    Again Great job overall though man!! Keep it up!!

    And make sure the background has a wet look (like the wet street) to make it all realistic.
    Great tut (although the plastic on the hair is to much for my taste but that is a matter of masking)
