    does this setup flip when the rotation goes past 180 degrees?

    A forearm twist with multiple arms is not something I would approve, because it weakens the arm and may look twisted.

    Thank you! very informative! I wonder if you have ever tried to apply this to a Spine setup to make it go past 360 degree of rotation (+360 -360)
