how do we get a height map?
PROBLEM WITH TEXTURE MAPS
Help, i need somebody…(like in a song)
When i turn on texture map as in tutorial – there is no cool realistic backgroung only pink world.
Used EXR map as in tutorial. Pink light, pink envil, pink everythig. Did the samewith cube, and another map – the same problem(
I tried a lot and tried to search and use google a lot and now im here. the last hope)
Yeah… you missed turning on shortcuts in your tutorial… never the less.. great tutorial..
12:50 I though a new error was coming, dragging yellow into gray 😛
Don't know if it's my monitor maybe been dark or what, but I don't think the light you were working with was accurate, it was too dark to see any details clearly on the anvil, and with the contrast you killed the background, the floor went black.
have finished. two questions popped up – https://prnt.sc/lyb4tm
"welded seam" was not to appear. "corner" at the bottom also was not to.
where must I more likely dig to get rid of theese?
Stuck at 09:51 when the texture shifted to gray. Anyone?
You have to be in Cycles render for the node editor to be the same as Andrews.
My anvil won't light up it is just black. What have i forgotten?
For everyone whos frustatingly looking for the world-mode in the node-editor like me:
You have to switch to "CYCLES RENDER"-mode very at the top of Blender!
=)
ITT people being angry that they can’t get free textures.
i have downloaded the file 3 times metalness and specular yet i do not have the files that are been used in the video (2 tif and 5 jpg) and the file names and images are not the same.
help please
i find it a bit confusing why you guys are getting mad at him for this FREE tutorial, guys gotta make money somehow
How do you get the image screen to open up? 0:35 my screen doesn't look like that….
My Anvil came out ribbed on the horn, it wasnt like that when i "clayed" it, guess i did something wrong.
I am searching for the solution in the comments for an hour…I'm not getting the right color of the base color file he used, Help!
This part of the tut was such an unprofessional, dishonest, misleading waste of time, i'm surprised it doesn't have more dislikes.
Please, somebody help me. In time 4:40 my .exr file went pink, what do I do?
there is no world nodes option. dislike.
Well, now I have Dalmatian dog alike anvil. Could't find that base colour. Its getting only worse. Better will stay to the Principled BSDF that gives metal look. Guess the previous tut was waste for me. Ha. Anyway thanks for making tuts! This is too advanced I better go and put some glaze and sprinkles on top of ruined anvil.
Were you using the filmic log encoding for this?
Hi all. Guys, can anybody explain how to use some texture, for example brick, and make normal map from it in the same material without rendering diffuse/using external soft?
Where is world button
