  1. Hey thankyou very much for the tutorial, it really helps 🙂
But what if i am working with a rectangle with more loops or something like that? in the camera based i can only view one angle of the geometry and its hard to make out or select the sides that are at the back for example, is there any way to toggle the view in the UV editor to make a better selection? Thanks again 🙂 you make very good tutorials

  2. I'm currently working on something where I need to get cleaner UVs, but it isn't working. I know how to do UVs, and thought maybe it might just be the 2018 version messing up for me, but whenever I click any type of projection (in the same way you do here), it doesn't actually create any UVs. It just leaves whatever is there. And if I delete the UVs and try to create new ones, nothing will show up. I tried looking this up online and found no luck.

  3. hm… I've got a little problem here. I followed you up to the part where you start cutting the edges of your cube. In my case if I start the UV Editor it has by default already 2 colors on the cube and this doesn't seem right. Following your tutorial nonetheless it won't re-color the new shells, I guess because it won't create new shells at all?!
Does somebody know how to fix this?

  4. Hi, this is paul here. I saw many of ur videos and I feels that your videos are great. I have one question to you, Can you start iphone modling in maya with rendering in keyshot? I'll wait for ur replay.
    Thank you
