Wedding Photographer Won’t Refund Groom After Bride Dies in Car Crash

Justin Montney and his bride-to-be Alexis were set to get married this month, but in February tragedy struck, and Alexis lost her life in a car crash. Still grieving, Justin informed the wedding vendors and asked for refunds. All but one gave his money back – the wedding videographer. Cooper Stallion Media said that the couple had signed a non-refundable contract, and refused to get on the phone. When Justin spoke out, the videographer launched a callous attack, making a website to mock Justin.

  1. I understand not giving money back AFTER you have completed the service BUT he had plenty of time to rebook the date. They may have had a contract but the moral/ethical thing to do would have been to give the poor grieving man his money back.

  2. This is a note for everyone to not hire that company for anything. No one should be treated like that even if they have passed. It seems like that company slapped the bride in the face even though she's no longer with her family

  3. He shouldn’t have to refund. He did the job, he should be paid for it. Kinda sad that his wife to be died and all he thinks about is getting his money back. Lmao what a joke…
