I have got a problem with the if-statement on the title. It says: "[domain] is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500" How do I solve this?

Hello, I have a bit of a problem here, the WordPress Theme Managing page says: Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.
I have followed all your steps and I can't figure out what solution there is, please +Traversy Media Any help here?
