  1. im about to start my first wedding gig and I bumped into one of your videos about using fuji for weddings. I've been using fuji for about 4 years now so there's no way im switching systems. this is only the second video I've seen from you and I just went and subscribed. I admire the way you explain things, keep it up man. gonna binge watch your videos since we all on social distancing lol stay safe

  2. Wise words from a great wedding photographer! So far people have been awesome to us throughout our career and been very understanding so we've been lucky. While I think that contracts and communication are absolutely key, your point about being a servant, is so important. If your actions are coming from a place of compassion and caring, you'll always do the right thing.

  3. I really concern what we are going to do, I acutely totally agree about customer service. I live in Chicago and the moment they said they closing the restaurants I knew they meant banquets to, so I contact my clients asking them to talk to the venue. if they can reschedule the wedding before its to late. my customers really appreciate that I step up to help them to do the right decision and about the Contract I told them I can make a new one whit new dates. so I still not losing costumer and there deposit and still keeping my job!
I believe its all temporary so we should not panic but try to fix what we have right now!

  4. Thanks for the video! Say for example that you have a gig next Saturday and another one on the next weekend. Both of them decide to postpone their weddings on the same date in July. What do you do? Has this ever happened to you?

  5. I am not a wedding photographer, only someone who enjoys having fun with her entry level Canon T6. But I get so much from your channel, so much so that I am now ready/considering an upgrade to a Fujifilm…thanks to one of your previous videos.Who knows I just might get bit by the wedding photography bug. Ha. Thank you for such great content.

  6. A contract is a contract, and its very important to make clear that no redunds are made. This fist perfectly as an "act of god" part of it. Offer alternatives like a date reprograming.
