In case anyone is wanting to open a Crypto wallet/ account here are some referral links.
To get started in crypto a lot of exchanges offer a joining incentive, click the links to get free stuff.
Join up with Swissborg with https://join.swissborg.com/r/ianDSID and get a potential £100 bonus
I use swissborg to buy the majority of my BTC and ETH as it also has a yield wallet function that can give you up to 10% yield on BTC and 17% on ETH much better than leaving money in the bank. If you are worried about crypto crashing, then just convert the money into USDc which is pegged to the US dollar, and swissborg has been able to give up to 32% interest on that (the interest rate changes daily)
Join up with Coinbase and get $10 when you deposit £100 coinbase.com/join/bower_o1?src=ios-link
Coinbase is a great place to get started and learn about the different tokens and coins and there are learning resources where you can earn Crypto just for watching an educational video on different coins. In total I have made around £35 free just watching the videos.
and Join Crypto.com and get $25 when you buy £300 of its native currency called CRO. https://crypto.com/app/b2dn7tg7u4.
and a code for joining crypto.com exchange platform https://crypto.com/exch/b2dn7tg7u4
This is a new platform I am getting used to, it seems to have a few glitches on my Ipad but works better on my android phone, it also has a lot of yield possiblities for different cryptos, but if you are worried about any currency falling, just invest in True GDP or True USD and get up to 10% interest by staking for 3 months, which at the end you get your money back and the interest.
all far better ways of having your money earn you more money than leaving it in a savings account in a bank.
You forgot to Refain edges
Cool 😎
Are you using 2 or 3 flashes here – one in the umbrella??
Looks like a methlab
I meant insuffient info…my badd
What were the settings for the 2 flashes and the umbrella flash along with camera settings. Great example but in Suffield info..But definitely appreciated
muito bom
she's so fuckinnng gorgeos 😮 ♥♥
Excellent tips I will try it out now, I have slave flashes I could use. Thanks again for the ideas. Never would have known without you excellent explanation.
two 530 $ flash 🙁 , not much " anywhere " for student 🙁
power of background flash should more than front flash at least 1 or 2 stop, fix shutterspeed at alway sync-speed and fix aperture but change flash power instead.
this is a great set up video for how to shoot on an all-white background strobist style, but lacks any real data for beginners.
essentially, with this set up your background lights (the lights that blow out your background) will be one stop higher than your subject light.
so if the flash in the umbrellas on her was reading 5.6, the lights behind her should be at 8.
you also have to take into account how close the subject is to the wall. if she's too close, you will get a large amount of light wrap and you'll lose sharpness and, essentially, your whole image. hope this helps someone.
Brilliant 🙂
Was there a light in that umbrella or was it suppose to catch the flash and throw it back in her face?
Great, but not much detail of settings.
It didn't work for me 🙁
Gr8 I love your videos
oh tough to remember. but think the shutter was at the fastest for sync speed (1/250th) so that any of the disgusting location lights didnt effect the image. and aperture was then changed to get the most amount of light out of the flashes.
Very helpful 🙂
AWESOME!!!! That's for the info ….
yes
Hey Dom I love you videos first off …..now can you answer me this question,I own one flash sb600 can't really afford to many more of them right now lol…so if I were to buy say two yougnuo flashes would they work in slave modes to the sb600?
Great thanx
it is the same thing just use external flashes as slaves, you can get very cheap ones from yungouo for around 50pounds which are great.
Hey Dom great vid….anyway as u know most ppl don't have the expensive flashes and equipment that u have so how can u do all that with an ordinary camera and an ordinary flash?
Good job Dom. You keep it short and to the point. Too many of these youtube gurus talk too much.
your built in flash will not have enough power. also a built in flash should mostly just be used as a trigger for off camera flashes (check nikon cls videos) also your buildt in flash cant go behind the subject and light the background and not the foreground.
she is so pretty
ok background overexposed and RGB 255 so if you print them photos it will look bad.
Hi. The umbrella dont have a flash? What settings did you set your camera? Cheers!!
awesome area Id love to shoot there.
how do u do this on a nikon d5100?
Might need to order another one.
Thanks for the tip. Just ordered a yn560ii, might need to rode
its to set a custom white balance – either way works – i just shoot the background without the subject as its all blown out anyways. you can use a balance card as well – but that's what gets rid of the fringe colors. you can, in photoshop make a copy of the photo in a new layer go to image blur – "gausian blur" and set the overlay to "color"
