  1. Glad to see Andrew on the other end of the interview for a change 🙂 Not an artist ?!!?? He is a technician/technical artist… but still an artist… he's just not "in the industry" The guy (and he's not the only one) gives so much to train people and gives so much to the community. There are guys out there who are amazing artists but can not teach to save their lives!! He's good at both. There's a reason he's in the position he's in… it's called hard work. Can't believe I missed this… just realised I didn't have the bloomin' bell selected grrr.

  2. 1:35:00 I really believe every single person on earth that is born with this inner motivation within to work on what they're passionate about and make their own path SHOULD have some strong background in business management. Because when you decide to be your own boss, it can make you a good boss, instead of a bad boss. So think again if you have a bad boss and think you're over it when you start working for yourself, the truth is: you can be your own boss, yeah, a bad one, even worst than the last one from the job you decided to quit. Sooo… yeah, invest on that. Learn licensing, learn management skills, learn motivation because you're gonna be your own human resources manager… great session, really transparent, focusing on very important subjects for creative artists, really amazing.

  3. Good talk. Even talked about socialism and communism, which I think is important. Because history tends to repeat itself. Sorry to say, it always do. We have a social mindset in Norway, but it is very far from Communism. I grew up being afraid of nuclear war and we learned about Soviet at Chinese communism, not enough to be experts, but enough to learn how wrong it can turn. Cambodia was hell on earth for some years thanks to Pol Pot. So I cant really understand young people who today claim that they are communists. Do art instead:)
