  1. Have you seen my mandala? The flower? And the mechanical things on diamondy girls? I'll project it ot you in 3d doing the mechanical movement effect to transform, that's the reason I gifted to you! Could you do that, and send me an e-mail, cause I am gonna show your youtube video to the world! So it is gonna be seeing by all my adds!

  2. Thanks for this vid, I was using a different more difficult, tedious technique-you just made my life a whole lot easier.

Incidentally I come from a CAD background which is way worse-they need to have similar tools to Blender to allow people to quickly and easily design parts. Perhaps the newer versions incorporate some of these tools.

I wonder if it's possible to take parts created in Blender and put them in Catia or Solidworks as STL file, that'd be great too-so then one could run analyses on them like FEA/CFD.

  3. I'm stuggling. Absolute noob here.
I can't seem to select anything, my 3d cursor moves instead.
Also when I try to do the "O" thing were you scale everything I can't get the weird black pull thing he does…. How would I do this?

  4. 12:23 I'm Brazilian, and I always make this mistake, thinking all the verbs are irregular LOL (now I know I'm not alone o/)
my english is a SHIFT, "uatever"
___Portuguese/Brazil: Obrigado, Andrew, por esse video! Ele realmente ajudou bastante. Um abraço do Brasil!

  5. I have a problem, when I click a vertex, I don't select the whole line, I only select part of it, and if I want to do any change, it only affects to a part of the line, not the whole line. What am I doing wrong?
I can't use the leftclick, because that only puts the circle where I want to create a figure.

  6. I really enjoyed this modeling series. Although it was below my skill level, it taught me that there are some fundamentals that I really need to learn more about. Will recommend.

  7. Hey, really love your tutorials, they are extremely helpful, however, I do have a request if you could find the time to look into it. Here the past few days I have been trying to make object that emit light in the Blender Game Engine. For example, I made a lightsaber in blender cycles and the glowing does render, and it looks nice, but all the materials I used disappear in the BGE. Is there any way to keep Cycles materials in the Blender Game Engine?
