  1. Ctrl+r…usful. I already know how to model, I'm just learning more. I want to be able to create my own models for my own gmod maps. I'm tired of asking people to make them or plain downloaded them.

  2. what i hate is that in part one it says to make a plate but clearly thats not the case here, so its like part 1 and 2 aren't even the same wtf.

So i had to start over…

  3. When I use the mirror thing and suddenly go into 3d from autographic some parts are mirrored but there are no faces connecting them? I did the whole trigger then paned the camera to find that it had mirrored but none of it was connect by faces. It makes no sense to me.

  4. How do you do that highlighting thing to select the corners of that mesh. If you know what I mean
(if you dont) -When you select things by holding the right mouse button and draging it which creates like a rectangular selection.. most common things u do in a pc..

  5. Um…the reason that I stuck is that when I press"B" and try to select a side of that square, so that I could reshape it. However, i can only select points on the upper level. Which means that it is almost impossible to reshape it. Did I do anything wrong???need help plz

  6. can anoyone please explain why i cant select the vertices behind the front one when i press B? i have tried 'limit selection to visible' selected and deselected.. but doesnt change.
p.s i have never used a more frustrating program in my life :/

  7. Great tutorial, but I have a problem 🙁 My blender won't let me select the two edges on a block, like you do at 2:20, i can only select the one edge I see, the one in the middle doesn't follow, it's quite frustrating –"
Can you help me please ? is here anything I missed ? Thank you ! =)

  8. I have a couple questions.
    1) does the image you pick to model have to be an image taken from real life? Like I want to model a gun from another game. I'm assuming yes so it's probably a dumb question but oh well. I'm a complete noob at this.

    2) why did you make so many quadrilateral when you started on the trigger guard? Like I don't understand when you know when to put more in to round corners?

    3) I saw a different video and they did like the entire model in 2 dimensions then they just dragged the 2d into a 3d, one then duplicate each side then the model was done. seemed simpler..i think it was Maya, could be wrong.

    4) how do u take a model and put it into a game? ik it's a broad question but like how about Fallout for example. do you use the kit they give you?
