How to Easily Add Heat Distortion in Blender

Hey Everyone! In this video I will be showing you how to easily add heat distortion to any image or scene that you have created by making a texture and using a quick compositing trick. This does not take long to do, and it can be easily customized.

    Can the box mask be helpful if you want to create a text reveal effect for lower third or a cinematic intro ?
