Prominently placed in the Maya “Windows” menu, but only used be a few specialists, is the NODE Editor. In this brief tutorial I demonstrate how to make connections in the Node Editor. I connect the “Start Sweep” output of a NURBS torus with the radius input of a NURBS sphere.
Of course, very complex connections are possibile, for example utility nodes for balancing out the hips in a character animation.
