Great Job ! thanks for the Awesome tutorials!
thanks for the reply anyway, i clarified with my lecturer regarding this ((:
Usually thats an IK problem. what you do is you set a node in front of the knee and calibrate it so that the IK handle knows what direction to point in. Unfortunately I only know that much, but I'll get back to you.
Judging by the time this comment was posted though, I assume you've already found out
At first when I tried putting in the leg IK it didn't work, so I went and froze all the transformations on the skeleton and then, when trying to apply the IK again, clicked on the little blue line that's inside the joint. Then it worked. This might help people who are having problems. Friggin Maya.
would anyone know how to counter knee flip problems? the knees don't seem to bend in the correct direction…
Thanks for the great tutorials!
Maybe somebody can help me about little problem? I'm have a problem, than I trying to parrent the foot controller and foot joint. I'm selecting the joint, than selecting the controllent, pressing "P" and previous joints of the leg disappear!
That am I doing wrong? 🙁
Your tutorials are great! Finally someone who explains every bit of the rigging process. I'm finally beginning to understand!
Thanks:)
awesome again i might just be being impatient as it may be in another part but is there a way to mirror this so i dont have to do it for the other leg
Your tutorials are great! But you should edit the video cutting the parts that you made it wrong. And please speak louder and lower the volume of the music at the beginning.
