  1. I have no problem taking the photos (been doing it for nearly 50 years) but all that computer stuff is impossibly complex for me. I only shoot in Jpeg and don't even own any editing software stuff. I do not belong in this digital age. 😢

  2. I would love to try this with sunset /sunrise!! My concern would be the change of light from sunset to dusk and the camera exposure settings/ What do you do in light room settings with this variable light settings?????

  3. Hey Gavin, thanks for you great tutorial!!!! Despite this video was made in 2011 and I only see it now ( 2017 ) my question here is: Couple of years ago a purshased Adobe Lightroom5 itself but recentely I can no longer update it to my Mac and Adobe is pushing us to subscribe and pay montly whatever little it could be, but for me who have photography and video as passion and hobby it became too expensive to pay for it.  Is there any way or other similar software to replace LR for timelapse and general photo editing?
    Thanks so much!!!!!

  4. so if you are wondering why the template may not be working for you its because your video card might not support it. I tried it on my other computer and it still worked 🙂 thanks for the video 🙂

  5. Hello. I know the video is a bit back in time (2011) But I hope you can give me some tips.
I am brand new to the concept of timelapse. But when I made my house i had a camera up for 3 years taking images every 4 minutes. Anyway when combining them now even wit 4fps, 15fps or 30fps and inspecting the video all images(with 4min appart) are in all the clips.
In my mind a 4fps should show images with 16min between and for 15fps 60min= 1 hour and for 30fps, 2 hours between. But every clip though the 4 fps shows a 10sec video, the 15fps about 20 sec and 30fps 1 min ++

But why does all images every 4 min show up?? ( is see this because the timestamp on the image)
    What am I not understanding.

Hope to get some easy help 🙂

    Best regards
