  1. Thank you for taking the time on this bad boy! Always wanting to learn more about my speed light without feeling like I could read the manual and learn the same thing. Perfect for a norma person to learn!

  2. do you have to shoot in Manual mode when using the speed light or can you shoot in Aperture Priority mode? When I was in A mode, I can't change my shutter higher than 1/60. That's the highest my Flash Shutter Speed could go in my Bracketing/flash menu. But when I switched to Manual Mode in camera, then my ss went to 1/250, like I set my Flash Sync Speed to. Does that make sense?

  3. just purchase the same flash and when I tried it on my D600 with my 24-70mm it flashes 3 times and before taking the picture. How can I change that peed sync setting? I have tried to reset it and it doesn't work.   Thanks for your video.

  4. Great video…do you have any other videos on speed lights which touches on calculating based on lens and setting? Also, the 35mm you see is that the distance you choose or the lens? Speed lights are such a blur to me. Thank you!

  5. what was the flash power set at here? I just got my YN 560 II to go on my D3100 and am going to try to learn how to know when to use what flash setting. Guess it will take time to "just know" what setting to use
    Thanks

  6. hi im i just bought yn560 to take a new step in flash photography.. whats the diffrence by increasing your flash zoom, increasing your flash EV.. and increasing your flash power.. i took a few shots @ 18mm w kitlens in a dining room where my 3 cousins are sitting on a couch with this flash and it turned out theres only slight sign of flash power.. so what are the options i have to get the right effect~ sry for the noob question.. thx in advance~
