I am from the school that the best way to learn is by seeing and doing. In Part 1 of this tutorial I will show you as I am shooting exactly how changing the F Stop will effect your final image. I am more interested in showing you the effect of changing the F stop more so than worrying about the overall exposure.

Thank you, i've been watching loads of boring complicated photography videos, this Guy is awesome, fun, and knowledgable, yet clear and easy to understand.
Man, if you were my Yearbook teacher, you'd be the greatest. No, you are the greatest. Heck, you don't even bore me compared to other YouTubers.
its iso not i.s.o.
I was a photographer. But I wore the camera on my head with a switch in my mouth to control the shutter in sport mode. I was a free fall photographer and it wasn't until I was injured and couldn't jump that I started really seeing what my camera could do. Thanks for the video.
i kick myself for not understanding this not too complicated concept years ago. seriously if your into or interested in photos of people its really a must understand aperture and getting a lens that has the option for it more…
really good advice
The way you explained this was so simple and straight to the point and actually seeing the difference helped a ton. I feel like I actually learned something as opposed to having random technical terms thrown at me.
Why do you have so much hair?
Thank you.
u looks like motherfucker 5 year ago
makes sense. thanks.
are you the one who changes the Iso or Automatically ?
Your best video yet; great explaining. A picture is worth a thousand words, right !!
Hello sir.. i recently saw you videos about photography and i really liked them and found them helpful.! I have a keen interest in photography so i wanted to learn about the different modes of shooting..I have a Nikon Coolpix P600 camera .
From this video i leaned about the different f stops but in my camera i didn't get that wide range of f stops.. even in the manual mode i got only f-6 to f-8 and don't know how to focus on a point object as u did on the eye of ur frog.. Please can u help.
What a fuckin GOD. Thank you
Being a f1.4 so the max apeture is 1.4-16?
If you have f2.8 then what is the max f22?
Really helpful, thanks.
great video. I'm learning alot from you bro I finally found what I was looking for. Is it normal if my F won't go lower than 4? you started at 1.4 I can't get that low or is it because of my camera? D3300
When buying a new camera, what spec do you look at to see if it has good control of aperture?
start from 2:50 min
When I put my camera in aperture priority it puts it on '30, and since I'm indoors I am using the flash and the time in which the picture is taken is creating a shaky image?
thanks
which camera is best from these two d5300 or d7000 ?
how many lenses can i fit in that hair
helpful – thank you!
why is it that when i put higher f stop the photo becomes more blurry?
