i use a simple samsung nx 300m. 16-50mm 3.5-5.6 ois…..what can be the best settings for a portrait..i want to achieve a nice bokeh effect. and looks like my f. stop is affected the zoom. example i cant get f.3.5 at 50mm zoom. why?
